I was really nervous about getting anti-wrinkle treatment for the first time, but Steph put me immediately at ease, and it was the most positive experience from start to finish! I booked in with Steph for 3 areas of Botox, she is so friendly and welcoming and immediately put me at ease, she explained everything thoroughly to me (I have had Botox before but have it explained to me in detail before) the fact that she is a nurse is also really reassuring. It was the first time I’d had this particular treatment so I was a bit nervous about the procedure. The process of booking and attending her lovely clinic was smooth and seamless. Her clinic is modern, spotlessly clean and gives chilled vibes. She explained everything she was doing step by step so I felt very informed and happy in her knowledgable hands. I was extremely pleased with my treatment, the follow up and of course the end results! I’ve already booked in for my next appointment!!
