Booking Terms

  • 50% deposit is required upon booking a procedure appointment, unless it is the prescriber consultation in which a non-refundable full payment of £30 is required. This deposit is redeemable against your total service cost.
  • I reserve the right to decline services, if I feel that it is not in your best interests or under my skill set.
  • Over 18s only. Nurse Stephanie Aesthetics fully supports “The Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021”. Photo identification from anyone who appears to be under 21 years old. 
  • By booking an appointment is a confirmation of agreement to these policies including details listed under the reschedule and cancellation policy.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

  • Procedure deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the appointment, with exceptions from clients that have attended a prescriber consultation clinic and a £30 fee will be deducted from your deposit.
  • You are able to reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your appointment, in this circumstance your deposit may be used against another booking. Maximum reschedule allowance twice or deposit will be lost.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred to another booking.
  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment will require 50% charge of booked service, failure to pay this will result in no further bookings until received.
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will require 100% charge of booked service, failure to pay this will result in no further bookings until received.

Refund Policy

  • Any cosmetic procedures undertaken carries no guarantees.
  • Refunds will not be given for services received.

Vouchers/discount offers

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers/appointments will need to be within the end date on the voucher.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction other offers, discounts of promotions.
  • Treatments excluded are: NeoGen EVO Plasma Therapy, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Supramax pelvic floor chair, Prescriber consultation.
  • If a voucher has been received through an event goodie bag, only one voucher is permitted per treatment- multiple vouchers cannot be used together towards one treatment.
